BMA hopes you have had the best night and you all took our advice and celebrated what a great year 2014 and that you are all prepared for what is to come in 2015.

Now we know it’s hard to commit yourself for a whole year to keeping those resolutions you want to keep, we have you covered with the five best things you have to keep in mind. Make sure that you are dedicated and you really want to do this, here you have it…

1. Make Time For Your Resolution

Don’t want to do something with yourself and then have no time to commit to what you want to change, make sure that you always have time to do whatever it is you want to change etc. Don’t even bother if you don’t want to or have too much of a busy lifestyle to change it up.

2. Make It Something Achievable

New Years Resolutions are all about being real and true to yourself, do not make it something that at the end of the day you know you can’t actually do. Make it something that you can achieve it and smash it.

3. Make Sure You Don’t Give Up

Be strong, you can do this!

4. Make Sure You Celebrate Yourself

When you hit a certain peak, or you hit a record time or you start to see a difference in whatever it is you’re choosing to focus on…celebrate! It’s all about rewarding yourself properly at the end of the day.

5. Make Sure You’re Positive

The positive minds win the race, it’s going to be hard whatever you choose to do…But you can do this no matter what!

and remember to just shake it all off at the end of the day…
